Government ends COVID-19 public-health emergency, introduces new vaccine registry

The provincial government has ended the COVID-19 public-health emergency and the COVID-19 vaccine mandate in public health-care settings. Moving forward, public health-care employees will be required to disclose their COVID-19 and influenza immunization status through a provincial registry.

This registry is not affiliated with BCCNM in any way. Please direct questions to the Ministry of Health or your employer.

Inquiry, Discipline, and Monitoring updates


BCCNM publishes a variety of professional conduct notices on its website. These notices include consent agreements, Discipline Committee and Inquiry Committee notices, and Inquiry and Discipline hearing notices. While all of these notices are public information, only exceptional outcomes (i.e., Inquiry Committee order, Discipline order, hearing outcome) and circumstances (i.e., discipline hearing) are highlighted in registrant newsletters.
