Regular hours of operation
BCCNM office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. We are closed on statutory holidays.

If you are seeking to serve or deliver documents in connection with any type of legal proceeding, please note the following:

BCCNM reception staff and other BCCNM staff who may be encountered on our office premises are
not authorized to accept service or delivery on behalf of BCCNM or any other person, except as may have been arranged with an authorized BCCNM representative in advance on a case-by-case basis, as described below.

BCCNM’s offices are co-located with the offices of other health profession regulatory colleges. Staff of those other colleges
are not authorized to accept service or delivery on behalf of BCCNM or any current or former BCCNM staff member, board member or committee member
in any circumstances.

If personal service on BCCNM is being sought under the rules of court or any other legal requirement, please email us at
info@bccnm.ca about making arrangements, with an authorised BCCNM representative. We require
at least 24 hours advance notice unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

BCCNM in its discretion may assist you in arranging personal service on an individual who is a current or former BCCNM staff member, board member or committee member, but only with the prior consent and agreement of the individual you are attempting to serve and subject to any other limits or conditions that BCCNM in its discretion considers necessary or appropriate. Please email us at
info@bccnm.ca about making arrangements, with an authorised BCCNM representative, for personal service of documents on an individual. We require
at least 48 hours advance notice unless there are extraordinary circumstances.
