Requesting a verification of licensure

You will be required to provide a verification of licensure when you apply to another regulatory body or educational institution. This is an official document that shows your current licensure status and licensing history with BCCNM (and the legacy colleges).

Important: Verifications of licensure are sent directly from BCCNM to the organization you are applying to.

How to apply

  1. Sign in to your account and complete the online verification request form and submit the required payment of $60.00 (plus GST). You may be required to create a new account before you can submit the request.

  2. Once we receive your request and payment, we will create an official document and email it to the regulatory or educational institution indicated on your request form. It may take up to four weeks for your request to be processed.

  3. You will receive an email confirmation once the verification of licensure has been sent.

Note: BCCNM does not complete third party forms. The information provided in the verification report is sufficient for all regulators and education institutions.
