Midwife registration renewal 2021: Continuing Professional Development credits

Jan 12, 2021

The continuing professional development cycle for 2021 ends March 31, 2021.

Practising midwife registrants are typically required to complete a minimum of 45 continuing professional development (CPD) credits per 36-month (three year) cycle.

However, we recognize that 2020 was an extremely challenging year for all health care providers—as such, any CPD credits accumulated over the past three years will be considered sufficient at time of registration renewal to meet the terms of the policy.
