Following the Conduct Decision of Nov. 9, 2022, the College's Discipline Committee considered written submissions from the College and Ms. Byelkova with respect to penalty. After deliberation, the Discipline Committee ordered that:
Ms. Byelkova is reprimanded;
Ms. Byelkova is suspended for a period of three months, with such suspension deemed to have been served; and
In the event that Ms. Byelkova's registration with the College is reinstated, Ms. Byelkova must complete remedial education related to professional boundaries, privacy and ethics.
