Following the May 14, 2022, Discipline Order, the college's Discipline Committee considered written submissions from the college with respect to penalty. After deliberation, the Discipline Committee ordered that Ms. Atcheson:
- Be suspended for a period of four months;
- Be reprimanded;
- Complete remedial education prior to returning to practice; and
- Pay the college costs and disbursements in the amount of $4,451.79 within six months.
