Farndon, Nadine, RN

Consent order

Jan 11, 2022

On January 11, 2022 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Order between BCCNM and Nadine Farndon of Victoria, regarding her unprofessional conduct in uttering threats of violence directed at her direct manager in the workplace on two occasions, once in 2018 and a second time in 2019.

Based on the full evidentiary record, that included mitigating factors, the Inquiry Committee directed the Registrant to serve a two-week suspension and complete remedial education that includes courses on anger management and professional ethics.

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that these terms will protect the public.
