On June 10, 2022 a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a Consent Order between BCCNM and Carla Bayes of the Fraser Valley, regarding over-medication of a patient in her care and inaccurate medication documentation.
The Registrant has consented to cancellation of their registration.
The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.
