Consent agreement

On Jan. 24, 2025, a panel of the Inquiry Committee approved a consent agreement between BCCNM and Adonis Aligabo of Port Moody to address conduct issues that occurred between December 2023 and April 2024 related to him engaging in sexualized conduct in the workplace, misusing his leadership position, and acting in an unprofessional manner by interfering in a workplace investigation. 

The registrant has voluntarily agreed to terms equivalent to a limit and/or condition on their practice, including: 

a. A public reprimand; and

b. Completion of the Sexual Harassment and Respectful Workplace course. 

The Inquiry Committee is satisfied that the terms will protect the public.​
