My Professional Plan


​​​​​My Professional Pl​an​ is the online application portal nurses use to complete the multisource feedb​​ack process. The portal allows nurses to:

  • View their annual online self-assessment
  • Request feedback from their peers and other health professionals
  • Identify strengths and opportunities to improve through the multisource feedback report
  • Create a professional development plan by setting goals and evaluating progress in the optional PD Plan tool​
