Student midwife renewal opens July 4, 2023

Jun 29, 2023

BCCNM's student midwife registration renewal runs from July 4–Aug. 31, 2023. Holding student midwife registration with BCCNM is a requirement for UBC Midwifery program students. Note that first-year students are required to apply for student midwife registration, while second, third, and fourth-year students are required to renew their registration annually.

CPR certificate for fourth-year students not required

A reminder that fourth-year students are no longer required to upload a copy of their CPR certification to complete their registration renewal with BCCNM.

Please note that UBC's Midwifery Program still requires fourth-year students to have current CPR certification and will be following up with students to confirm certification prior to the start of the school year.
