Certified Practice: DST change request form

​NNPBC has recently introduced an online form to process requests for changes or updates to Certified Practice DSTs.

NNPBC assumed management of the Certified Practice DSTs and Competencies in March 2020 and has been refining its processes over the past months for their review and revision. The information collected with this new form will be used to inform NNPBC where clarification within the Certified Practice DSTs, may be needed, about any issues in accessing these DSTs, or to highlight new evidence in practice. This input will be helpful in evaluating current processes as well as informing the development of an efficient review cycle of established Certified Practice DSTs.
